In the fields of ion exchange, chromatography, adsorption, micro/ultra/nanofiltration and reverse osmosis, Seprosys develops your own taylor-made pilot unit. Each unit is defined jointly with the customer, to adjust the design to the specific requirement of each application.

Design and supply of custom made units

For capacities from liters to cubic meter per day, we can design pilot plants for ion exchange, adsorption, filtration and most of liquid fractionation techniques.

Manual or fully automated

Our designs can include manual or fully automated skid-mounted units, ready to operate.

Pilot plant rental and On-site operations

Our pilot test allow to produce, in semi-industrial conditions, representative batches, to validate the sizing for industrial extrapolations. Thus we provide rental services to carry out on-site your pilot tests.
